Room is decent, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is situated in an older part (earliest developed section) of Hong Kong island. It is surrounded by older residential buildings and traditional small diners which still give out a nostalgic vibe of the past. Walking through the streets and park behind the hotel was an unique experience.
Location. After you step off the metro (MTR), you still have a long distance to walk before you exist to the surface streets if you did not get lost and took the wrong exist before that. Few bus routes pass the hotel and they all go one direction. You will need to walk down the hill (less than 10 minutes) to reach the main road to find more transportation options.
On my hotel floor, from the corridor to the elevator had little to no A/C. And, it was hot and stuffy during the week and a half I had stayed there.

Reasonable price for Hong Kong. Not to far from MTR, bus, tram etc.
If you are taller than 6ft or over 200lb / 90kg you might struggle with the tiny rooms. Bathroom is particularly tight. Rooms are a bit shabby and need a refurb. Ditto with the common areas and lifts.
Didn't bother with eating here.
