Myself and my partner loved the vibe at the Figo. The staff were very kind and accommodating, the location was amazing and the room was lovely. We loved the complimentary happy hour, where you could have a drink and a snack in the common area. We loved the local area and fell in love with Hong Kong!
We stayed here for longer than the average guest, and after a while we noticed the rooms weren't being thoroughly cleaned - just a light tidy. Fine if you are staying for a few days!

Great location, spacious room and comfy bed. The free drinks in the social area were a bonus.
There’s some construction work going on opposite the hotel at the moment, so it’s a bit noisy from 8am

Great common spaces, happy hour drinks and snacks, and service by the friendly staff. We were upgraded from standard to premium suite.
The bathroom was damp, with flooding from shower and some mould. Appreciate the dehumidifier in the room though.
