The location is very good.
The Hotel tried to give us a much cheaper room that we had not booked. That was very bad indeed. I had to complain. That isn't okay. Very bad style. After my complaint, they upgraded our room. Very un professional. However, the manager, Ken, did fix the room.0

Almost everything
The quality of the towels, they were virtually unabsorbent

The room was quite big and comfortable. It was old fashioned but price was reasonable. It was near shops and cafe. Also there was a laundry.
It is in the middle of 2 MTR stations (Sai Ying Pun & Hong Kong Uni). 15 mins walk at least but acceptable.
