Location is breathtaking. Comfortable and enough room for 2 adults plus one teen. Pathways and shrubs all lovely, making great views in all directions. Beach is a really special place. Crystal clear waters. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Breakfasts excellent.
Would have liked restaurant to be open later in evening. And an evening bar area would have been ideal. But these are small things really.

Ants in a specific spot in the room.. which is acceptable in any case given the location of the room...we never experienced any inconvenience of specific problems

If you love the beach, this place is fantastic. There’s a private cove and gorgeous waters to swim in a stone’s throw from your bungalow. The pool is a slight walk from the hotel up a steep hill and the pool and bungalow you stay in are a little tired but are clean. The staff are friendly and there are lots of options at breakfast. The walk to town is about 40 mins to get to the old town which gets very hot in the height of summer! There’s only one big hill and a small part along a road but then it’s a lovely walk along the promenade to Cefalu. Taxi’s are available but we preferred the walk!
The bungalows are small for 4 people staying and if our kids were older it would have been tight with 4 cases and us. It also could do with updating a little in places
