Love the Premium Room's free flowing inroom onsen!

Inroom free flowing onsen from the source. Fantastic dinner menu for the two nights we stayed.

Staff who couldn't explain about our dinner course properly on the first night. Limited choices of food and drinks at the lounge.

Best Onsen in Hokkaido and well worth the visit

Understand the hotel was renovated in 2021 and it shows its charm and beautiful decorum. Truly an outstanding stay and value for price paid for room, dinner and Bft with all the lounge drinks and treats. If you ever consider an Onsen stay it is well worth the visit.

Pillows….. very small and hotel should consider more deluxe Queen size for bed

Very nicely renovated onsen hotel, staff has been very polite & helpful, our dinner set is great 👍

Nicely renovated hotel. Easy to find the location, staff are very polite & helpful esp the serving lady during dinner. Food is great.

Opening time of onsen can be longer, it closes at 10am in the morning.
