Zacosta villa is absolutely stunning. The courtyard is beautifully kept and is a lovely area to have breakfast in the morning, George really has the most amazing attention to detail and it shows.. the whole place is beautiful! George arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport where we then met him closer into the old town, he then drove us to the villa which was a huge help with our bags. George was kind enough to also give us recommendations of where to eat, he has been a fantastic host who we have loved staying with. Thankyou also for our bottle and congratulations note- this made our stay very special and was really appreciated, a special start to our honeymoon!

This property isn't just a property. It's customer service at its finest! George is a wonderful host and made everything to make us feel like home - from the warm welcoming at the gate of the old town to every breakfast, recommendation and goodbye at the end of our vacation. 100/10 is our score and a big thank you to him!

The location was amazing and the staff were so kind and generous and wonderful
it functioned more like an Airbnb than a hotel, no full time reception and the rooms were not clean at all. The bathroom particularly. The bed was uncomfortable.
