Die Lage ist toll. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Aufenhaltsbereich ist schön, ebenso der Innenhof - bei schönem Wetter kann man dort essen. Das Zimmer war sauber.
An den Fenstern würde man sich am Bodensee eventuell Moskitonetze wünschen, da man im Viererzimmer doch gerne auch nachts das Fenster öffnen würde.
Der Bereich der Essensausgabe ist sehr eng und man kann sich nicht vorstellen, dass das mit einer Schülergruppe dort gut funktioniert. Teilweise musste man das Personal bitten, Tee oder Milch etc. aufzufüllen.

Large old-school hostel in a beautiful lakeside setting in its own grounds with sporting facilities and grassy areas. The views from the dorm over the lake were amazing. Excellent breakfast with plenty of room to sit inside or outside. Bar with soft drinks available at front desk. Children and teenagers were having a great time running around and enjoying the facilities. Good seating areas. Regular buses into town. Catered to families and groups.
I was given a dorm bed on the seventh floor, even though I told staff I had a knee problem. There's no elevator, so eight flights of stairs to get down to the breakfast room and laundry. The one washing machine broke down with all my clothes inside it - it took over 12 hours before a member of staff was able to get the door open after two technicians failed to do so.
