The smell of the room was horrible, and it is located facing the hotel shown on booking. We found insects in the room, and it is not isolated. Gald, we spent only one night.

The most traumatic experience

The room was very spacious, clean, and had a separate entrance. The swimming pool area was very nice. The location gave easy access to the beach and local cheap grocery shops.

This hotel gave me the most traumatic check-in experience in my life. First thing, it is really unpleasant experience when you arrive somewhere in the middle of the night, and the 24h-reception desk tender tells you it is impossible you had any booking in that hotel because all the rooms are already occupied - initially without even asking for our names, booking number, or offering any assistance whatsoever. When we insisted on staying there and showed them our reservation and payment receipt with clearly specified staying dates, I was still told it must be my fault because I did my reservation too late, and they cannot accept us. And the fact that we paid was acknowledged, but no refund was ever offered, we were just supposed to leave! Only after calling the booking.com customer support line (with an almost dead phone battery at that point!), we were able to get some help. Initially, the call-centre lady also could not get anything from them, and she told us the receptionist could not speak English (not sure if it was the unwillingness to speak it or a problem with the accents because we used English in the reception without issues). Only after she sent them an email (not sure how threatening it must have been), they found our reservation and suddenly there was a free and already clean-prepared room for us, the exact same one I booked. But the second thing was even worse in my opinion. When we were led to the room, we were not offered a single word of apology. Nor even the usual information (the breakfast is served there from this to that, the WiFi password is this, to turn on the aircon do that, etc). Only: the checkout is at 11 a.m. so make sure you leave your room by then. And honestly, I could understand the overall issue with a missing reservation - these things happen, but throughout this entire episode we kept our composure, and despite all the stress, never resorted to shouting, foul language or threats. And still, we were treated like intruders-imposters.

On booking you pay for a room that you don’t get. I paid for our honeymoon, the suit with the private jaccuzzi. We arrived there and actually the jaccuzi is on the shared corridor between 2 rooms. The receptionist told me that it is private because we are the only one who can use it, but technically everybody can see us even from the pool and the next door room can use it when we not there. At the end because I had to make a scene to get what we paid for, we got the room with the rond bed like on the picture, but another lie, the room is no bigger than 10 m2. If you staying there for a few days, you have no space to put away your clothes, on booking it’s written 20m2. It’s just a place that scam tourists, they pay full price and you get a complete different room. Way too expensive for what it is, very disappointed of our last night of our honeymoon before going back home

tap water is not drinkable. but no fresh water supplied in the room. Not a single bottle. One is forced to buy at the bar or at the supermartket.

Great stay at Blue Sea on Kamari beach.

Loved the room with hot tub! Short 5 minute walk to Kamari beach.Beautiful pool. Eleftarius and Annemarie were great at reception.

Breakfast was good but some items were getting cold with no heat on them to keep warm (i.e eggs, omelet squares)

Very pleasant stay.

The hotel is beautifully kept with a very nice pool, a pretty garden, and an inner yard. The balcony with a table and chairs was pleasant.

The stairs to get to the rooms and the lack of towel hangers in the bathroom. Breakfast was included, but it was average to my taste. There was plenty though.

Great location, lovely staff, nice hotel

The room was lovely, clean, and the hot tub on the balcony was great! Staff very helpful! Good price too. Also a great restaurant next door and minutes to the beach.

The shower facility could have been more secure. The powerful water pressure (a good thing) meant that the shower head would fall from height when the water was turned off (not the best). Other than that though, a great place to stay.

It was a beautiful and colourful hotel. I was really impressed within minutes of walking through the door. Nice quiet bright and spacious room, with good view Good breakfast. Nice pool

everything was great . we booked the executive suite with private hot tub and it was the best decision since the weather was a little cold. everything in the room was great .

Definetly one of the best hotels we have been in Santorini. Very good location near main street of Kamari city. My children fall in love in the jacuzzi onthe balcony. :-) Excellent breakfast, coctainls at the bar nice music and atmosfere. Keep on doing like you do ! Will recomend your hotel to all of my friends who will rtavel to Santorini.

Only remark I would have is that there was a bit small number of tables and chairs at the breakfast according to the number of rooms hotel has. Or maybe we just came at the rush hourse to enjoy our brekfast which was excellent by the way.

Dissapointing hotel, rude staff

The breakfast was good. Room was more a less clean.

The most unacceptable thing was the deposit. It was not stated anywhere, that the hotel will collect deposit, so I was not prepared. Because of that I need the withdraw money from ATM which was costly. What is more, I have got a room that looks totally different than on the photo. In the picture of room in the offer(stands room) it looks more modern and definitely after renovation, my was not. Also I ordered Double Room and I have got twin. The top of the top is maid which took out the cup for my contact lens container left on the sink(she probably treat it as trash). It is highly inappropriate these day to not know what was this container for. I’m really disappointed with the behaviour of stuff. Water in the pool was a little bit cold, but it was fine at least. But the pool was worn out, the lamp almost felt off.
