Blue Sea Hotel

Staff were brilliant. Hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 2 minute walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants within 10 minute walk and bus stop 2 minutes from hotel.

Breakfast got a bit repetitive for us but that's more down to personal preference. The gym equipment was limited and in need of some refurbishment.

Very clean and everything is well presented

The breakfasts were a bit repetitive but nice none the less

The people the location

No light in the jacuzzi

I have stayed at this hotel twice before once in 2022 and once in 2023 some changes have been made and some areas have been updated the bar and breakfast room etc the location is good and peaceful the view from the terrace is beautiful.

I had previously stayed in the suites with hot tubs opposite the hotel and always thought they were great value and beautiful, however this time i opted for a comfort room in the main hotel, to be honest it was not great, the shower was too small and there was no way to stop water flooding the bathroom, the toilet was in the corner next to the shower with no room to move at all, the room was not cleaned adequatly plastic bag and dirt under the bed, dust on the headboard and the tv, the exterior balcony door was slightly broken, the kettle didnt stop boiling and overheated until you manually turned it off, there were poorly filled holes in the wall, hair in the fridge, broken wardrobe door, the staff kept talking about how it was the end of the season constantly and made us feel like they couldnt wait for us to leave so they could pack up, and the breakfast that i remember been quite good was tasteless, over cooked eggs, plastic tasting sausages and bacon, i attempted conversation with the receptionist about changes that had been made since my last visit and was abruptly met twice with i cant give you the room you had before like i was asking for something more than conversation at no point did i ask for anything, in my humble opinion if you are going to stay open till the end of season dont act like your doing the guests a favour, i have previously recomended this hotel to many people who have asked me about santorini i dont know if i will visit again but i hope if i do it improves.
