The beach just received an extensive renourishment project, in the Spring of 2020, providing ample beach in front of Queens Grant. The pool is seasonal. It is OPEN for the 2024 season!! It is open from dawn until dusk (6am-8:30). The hot tub is closed until further notice. When staying at Queens Grant, you are within walking distance (1.5 miles) of several great seafood restaurants, Lewis’s Seafood Shack food truck, Lewis’s Seafood Market, Godwins Market, a bakery, an ice cream shop, a skating rink, Quarter Moon book store/wine bar (that features live music), and local shopping. The condo has an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The dining table seats 6 with room for 4 more at the bar. The master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom and direct access to the ocean front porch. The porch has a table with six tall chairs to watch the beautiful sunrise or enjoy an evening listening to the waves roll in. The sound side bedroom has two bunk beds (four twin beds total) with access to the sound side porch. There is another full bathroom in the hallway to the sound side bedroom.
