An ideal venue for a family celebration, anniversary, wedding, or business retreat.This is a very exclusive resort with a 320 acre manmade Lake surrounded by beautiful mountains. The are with the lake and village is a perfect place for entertainment, relaxation and dining. Lake Las Vegas offers plenty of outdoor entertainment including fishing, sailing, kayaking, boating and swimming at the 320 acre Lake. Almost unlimited recreational activities are nearby including skydiving, river rafting, helicopter tours of Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon, hummer tours, hiking, mountain biking, jet skis, water skiing, ATV's and sightseeing. The desert terrain home to nearby Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon, and the Valley of Fire, all of which feature a variety of historical and geological phenomenon found nowhere else. This place is very beautiful and in nice quiet neighborhood . Right near the national parks, way we took to north Vegas everyday. Well worth the extra money and time. Anuk was a great host. Fast wifi, everything you need to cook meals, free parking in garage.

We had a good stay. We used the place as a home base to do a decent amount of exploring and driving in the area. It was great to have the kitchen for meals. We enjoyed the pool too.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Loved the pool view through the mature trees of the balcony. We weren't able to park in the garage because you're supposed to have a parking pass but we were not issued one. Communication with owner was almost non existent and non responsive. But beautiful property. Nice stay overall, i would come back and recommend it to anyone.

The property was very clean. The pool area was terrific. We pretty much had the adult pool to ourselves. There were a lot of bugs in the pool but that probably can't be helped. Our host was friendly and quick to respond when we realized there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. Housekeeping brought more the next morning.

I found this condo foe a stay in the town of Henderson, NV just outside of Las Vegas. It was a weekend birthday party that would last 3 days. This place was about a 25 minute ride from the airport. The condo is beautifully decorated and and the perfect size for 2 people. The parking is a little out of the way, but don't let that put you off. It sits in buildings that surround a beautiful pool and several small restaurants and bars. There is also a little market. You could check in and never leave if that is what you chose.

We loved our time at the condo. This is the fourth time we have been to the village. It was exciting to see more restaurants open and activities going on in the evening. The only thing we would have liked was a folder/binder with basic information. (where do you take the garbage, check-out expectations, hours of the pool, etc.). Thank you!

It was easy to get to, enter, park, and the condo was super nice and clean. I was very comfortable and relaxed. The appliances were modern and well kept Large balcony was a nice extra! The only thing it could use is an ice maker for the fridge! Outside of that, I was very pleased!

We really enjoyed the property and location, it's a lovely gem outside Las Vegas. The suite itself was pretty much as advertised and we really enjoyed it. Only complaints we would have are: - The hide a bed is really uneven and only one thin blanket. We went and bought one to use. Fine for one person but wouldn't put a couple in it. - Parking was a problem, the listing said "garage" but we had no access to the garage, there is limited parking on the property and you have to hike up the hill from the lower parking lot which is often full. After dark there is no lighting so you need your cell phone light to see where you're going. There's also a fair bit of mud in some areas and if you can't see where you are walking you end up stepping in it. We managed but if you had mobility challenges this would be a nightmare.

I came for a work trip and my family (wife and 1 year old joined me). We arrived late, like 930-10pm and we arrived to an alarm clock going off nonstop in a locked closet within the unit. I contacted the host that night with no response. The next morning the alarm was still going off and contacted the host again. They said they would send someone but after an hour my wife couldn't take it anymore and went to the front desk at the property. They came in and handled it immediately. The bed wasn't all that comfy but as for that those are the cons. The pros are that the property itself is beautiful! There is construction going on the land causing alot of dust but thats not too bad. There's nice walking trails, shops, food and lots of wildlife around. We saw 2 coyotes in less then 12 hours!

Beautiful condo close to Las Vegas where you can relax and enjoy a quiet time. There’s a little village right down the steps from the hotel with lots of restaurants and bars that have live music. Also there is a grocery store and coffee store with fresh pastries for the morning. We love our stay and the host was so great and always there to answer if we had questions. We will be back!!

Spacious updated condo. Bedroom has plenty of room and bed is very comfortable. Location on the first floor and not too far from The elevator was a nice surprise. This complex is very clean, to include the pools.

Had a great week at this property! View of the pool and outdoor space of unit perfect for us! Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and cocktails in the evening! The village had great dining and Seasons Grocery store well st ones and fair prices! Definitely will do this again!
