The host Patricia was friendly and helpful.
The unit / room was very good, clean, modern and well presented with a large comfortable bed and walk in shower in the bathroom.
As the name suggests there are fantastic views across open fields where you could happily sit with a morning cuppa or enjoy the evening sunset.
Only 5 mins drive to the centre of Torquay, shops, cafes, beach etc
You could easily spend a few days comfortably here even though I only stayed 1 night.
Make sure you pay attention to your sat nav as the location although it is on a fairly main road is set behind a screen of trees and is easy to miss.

Clean & comfortable. Lovely view from our upstairs window. Dale was friendly & informative, gave us great restaurant recommendations.
A little bit out of main part of town, so not walking distance to anything?

The room was a good size, including a small kitchen area (I did not use), and it was very clean.
