It was our 5th visit and we loved it overall. We will be back!

The spa and pool facilities. The included breakfast was great. Staff super friendly and helpful

The carpet in our room was pretty stained and looked grotty

Loved the place. Lovely and peaceful place to refresh for a few days.

Location, atmosphere and really nice staff, even the cleaners were lovely and helpful.

Not being able to lock bathroom. No breakfast available.

The layout, the keycards, friendly staff, view from room, size of room, kitchen... Have to play 'find the microwave'... It's IN the oven 🤣 nice walk to the town, great location for watching all the active people going by!

The cafe wasn't open! (Being renovated) Shower wasn't very powerful, a little grubby in places like the room hadn't been used in a while.

If you want bang for buck don’t look anywhere else

Fantastic location. Value for money & with excellent amenities

Bar & restaurant were closed because it was winter but this is understandable due to not many consumers staying at the time

Easy to find & park. Beds were very comfy and the shower was 10/10.

Large property got a little lost finding room but housekeeping were extremely helpful and showed me my room.

Other than sharing the space with a bunch of ants, it was a nice stay

the room was spacious and had a really comfy bed!

Our bathroom had an ant problem and they were everywhere! We had to take the towels out otherwise there would be ants all over them

Wyndham Resort 3 nights.

Enjoyed the ocean view from our Ocean View King room. Generous sized balcony to sit outside and watch the world go by.

Winkipop bar restaurant closed for winter. No breakfast available other than toasted sandwiches. No bowls, plates or cutlery provided in Ocean View King room, so BYO everything for breakfast.

Really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

Our room was in a perfect location and was extremely well set up to cater for our needs. We really liked the maps provided to us and the information about car parking and accessing our room. This made it very easy to access. As we attended in winter we did not use the pool area however, it looked clean and was a beautiful outlook from our room balcony.

We did not realise the cafe was not open during the winter months. We were told we could order using the app however, the app did not work for us. We were surprised to have a conversation regarding joining an information session. This was not something we were expecting upon our arrival. We had sent an email to the resort prior to our booking and this was not answered - maybe it was not received?

Lovely apartment in perfect location, property provided excellent sporting activities for children

Great location and excellent facilities for children/family

Unfortunately the cafe and restaurant was not operating. The staff service was mixed .. helpful on arrival however we had a couple of issues which could have been handled in a more efficient manner .. overall quite good!

Wouldn't bother going there again

The staff were very friendly.

The room was very small and poky. The "included" breakfast was quite poor; only a very small cafe so would not call it a restaurant and had to actually pay for coffee!!

Quiet, comfortable but needs some maintenance.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, close to surf beach for swim - across the road. I liked the lamps with cord access to charge phone, both were working. Very nice liquid soap, body wash, moisturiser - lovely fragrance.

There was only 4 tissues in the tissue box. There was not enough moisturiser for one person, this room was for two people. Screen door was unable to slide, had to be lifted to move. Some ants in the bathroom. Remote for tv back was constantly falling off.

Superb

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Close to the main shopping area and the view was fantastic. The pool was clean and the outside was spotless. Everything was in walking distance. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

Awesome!!

Everything was wonderful as always. The room was clean & had everything we could possibly need, the staff were reasonably friendly & accommodating.

Upon booking it stated that the payment would be deducted a few days before our arrival but it wasn't & we ended up having to pay at the resort but my card wasn't accepted so I had to go to an atm. It wasn't far though & got sorted fairly quickly.

Obliging staff set up sofa bed on request. Accommodated a very late arrival due to a flight cancellation.

Beautiful location and place for a weekend getaway

The pools, spa and facilities were amazing. Such perfect location close to town and right across from the beach!! Rooms were big and beds were comfy!

Bathroom/shower was a little outdated but other than that it was perfect!

I loved the heated pool on a cold day.

There should be instructions on how to use oven/microwave and how to change the water from the bath to the shower. And also a pamphlet on what facilities they have and opening hours otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Great weekend getaway

Location was great. Spa was good, kids loved it but it should be indoors as weather was so harsh. Kids got sick afterwards.

Food at the restaurant was expensive and not much choice available. Buffet breakfast with good choice with reasonable price would be great. Indoor pool was very deep that you can’t go with kids. Therefore kids had to be taken in outdoor pool where it was very cold because of the weather.

Disappointing

Floor was never cleaned. we had a room above us that was loud from 1-4am. we walked down to reception three times. called the phone number and spoke to someone once who said they will have a look. we waited an hour and nothing was done. all of a sudden the phones were down and couldn’t get through to anyone again. I spoke to a man at reception during the day and asked what we can do if it happened again. he advised to “definitely let us know.” Was a poor response given we tried to let someone know three times.
