Central location, nice onsen and attentive staff.
The hotel is very dated. It could use sprucing up. Also, the bed was as hard as a rock. Absolutely no softness and it was like sleeping on a board.

Very close to train station.
room size, toilet size, the room temperature was too hot and not able to adjust unless open the window.
