This hotel was great for our needs... efficient and friendly staff, very comfortable modern room, and in an excellent location. Breakfast was delicious, with a great view of Kokura. The complimentary lounge was also a nice touch. We would happily stay there again.

Excellent location with easy access to all public transportations, restaurants and shops. Walking distant to Kokura Castle. Although it's right above the busy train station, but you won't hear any noise inside the room. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. We had a twin room, which was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Wonderful breakfast, we especially loved its large, full-view windows that brought in bright morning sunshine and beautiful city view while enjoying a great meal. Fully equipped and spacious laundry room.

Located at rail station. Bed comfy.
Rooms small and charging ports only on one side of double bed. Also no wardrobe with only short hanging rails.
