Good for one night stay. Outside of the city but easy access. Breakfast was ok, except coffee.

I had checked into another hotel in Augsburg and did not find it comfortable, so shifted to Holiday Inn. I must say that the Holiday Inn was a huge upgrade in terms of service, facilities, and overall 'feel' of comfort. The hotel is located next to a large mall that has a number of dinner options, including a nice burger place (which surprisingly had a very decent vegetarian menu) right opposite the hotel. The central part of Augsburg is a short walk away from the hotel. The breakfast spread was quite good. The lobby was spacious and was able to conduct some meetings in relative quiet and privacy.
The wardrobe space could have been better, the TV screen size was quite small (maybe 27") which is quite surprising in this day and age. And the laundry service, while efficient, was quite expensive.

We got a good deal at this hotel considering that we travelled during Oktoberfest. The Hotel is situated at a good location and is close to a mall. Easily accessible by Taxi and the nearest tram station is about 500 mts. Breakfast is decent and the Wifi worked without a problem. Rooms are of decent size and we did not have any problem to move around with 2 big suitcases. Diana at the reception was very prompt and helpful to address all queries.
