Breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect BUT the best part was Francisco. He was so attentive and helpful. My husband left his jacket in the cab that brought us to the airport, we contacted Francisco he got ahold of the driver who returned to the airport with my husbands jacket!! What amazing above and beyond service!! We will stay there any time we return to Bogota

We had a wonderful stay at The Orchids! The hotel is set in a beautiful, charming building with unique and tasteful décor. Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and elegant.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of La Candelaria, making it easy to explore Bogotá’s historic center on foot. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with great care. We were also extremely impressed by the laundry service—they washed and returned our clothes in just two hours!
A very special thank you to Richard, who made our stay even more memorable. He was always attentive, helpful, kind, and genuinely caring. His warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome.
The Orchids is a beautiful and unique hotel that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bogotá!

Good location in Centro Historico close to attractions
Renovations were obviously done a very long time ago and they desperately need to be done again. Aspects are not in keeping with the building which is now rundown. The one young guy running the place try’s hard but there is a feeling of coldness to the place.
