Excellent location for walking to the lake. Small but had everything we needed.

Location was excellent. Very near from black lake. It was hardly 20 minutes walk. Very close to supermarkets like Voli and iDEA. Many good restraunts are also in the short walking distance.
Host is very kind and happy to help.
Shower area is almost unusable due to the placement of shower and geaser in the bath tub. It completely wets the floor of the bathroom and difficult to bath with a risk of electrocution by wires of geaser hanging nearby.
The wooden floor makes lot of creaking sounds. There were other guests also staying in the same apartment one floor above us and it is quite disturbing due to different schedules followed by others than us . You can literally hear all kind of sounds made which sometimes is quite embarrassing specially in front of our teenage kids.
