A very brief overnight stay after travelling from the Rosscoff ferry. Clean and tisy, helpful staff. Comfortable room with excellent shower. Absolutely superb value for money. I highly recommend the place. Didn't have breakfast, so cannot comment on the food.
A slight smell of cigarette smoke in the foyer; probably blown in from people smoking outside. Move the smoking area a little further from the entrance (Try Neptune!)

Enjoyed a swim. Restaurants walkable nearby
Couldn't open wardrobe doors properly due to lack of space.Small room for clunky old furniture. Poor ventilation. N12 noisy if balcony door was left open. No free hot drink making facilities in the room or lounge area. Dreary decor throughout, dated furniture in our room , lobby, restaurant and public areas.
