I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and stayed at a junior suite. The location was excellent. Even though the hotel is right in the Piazza Duomo (old town square) and it's noisy on the street, you couldn't hear any noise in the hotel room. I really appreciated this quietness. The beds were amazingly comfortable, I slept like a baby there. The cleaning staff were also very nice, looking after us and looking for opportunities to clean the room, even though we stay inside a lot due to bad weather. The size of the room was great, enough for a family of 3. The hotel administration was super nice, answering all questions and accommodating our needs.
Since we stayed for 6 nights, eating the same breakfast was annoying towards the end of our stay. It didn't change at all and since we went for a late breakfast (after 9am), the eggs were almost all gone without a refill. The coffee was great though. Also, Netflix didn't work on the TV in the room, there was some network problem. Another thing, there really wasn't an opportunity to wash our clothes, so we had to find a laundromat. Would at least like a heated towel rack.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. It is situated in the central square of Trento but despite that it is super quiet in the rooms. In general, the rooms are clean, modern and feel newly renovated. We even got lucky and stayed in a room that offered a stunning view over the square. The breakfast buffet had all we could have asked. The food was fresh and home made and it is even possible to have breakfast on a terrace on the street next to the central square. Lastly, the stuff was also super helpful and kind. Overall, for this price the hotel is propably the best one we have ever stayed in.
