Location, undercover parking, bbq area/outdoor kitchen at the pool.
The room needed a deep clean, we saw skittles under one of the beds, a pair of socks (not ours) and lots of dust behind the bedside tables etc. Second night our room keys wouldn't work and we had to wait for the afterhours number personnel to contact a local person to come and let us in. Value for money = no - 3 people/3 beds was over $650.00 for 2 nights if 2 of us had shared a bed we would have saved $300 :/ same sized room

The staff were amazing here, amazing greetings and farewell. Handled the incident that occurred very well.
Was in a loud area. Need to keep in mind this is a three star property, but can sometimes be priced in a higher range due to demand.
Felt a little unsafe due to an incident that occurred with other guests. It was handled to the best of the managers ability at the time and was of no reflection on the property.
