Corinna is truly the heart and soul of Castillo Oasis. She was very dedicated to making sure her guests were having a comfortable stay.
The property is in a good location with a shop right outside and some restaurants, plus a 1min walk (maybe less) to the beach.
I love the open plan and rustic vibes of the property.
I don’t think there was anything I disliked about the property.
However people should be aware the property is quite open to the elements. However Corinna has provided fans in the rooms which help keep you cool. Packing some mosquito repellent would also be a smart idea. Corinna also provides mosquito nets for the beds, so you can enjoy an evenings sleep without being bitten.

We stayed in “tower” open air room. Make sure you like this concept, if you do, this is a treat.
Beds and pillows are very basic, if your thing is posh and cushy, not for you, like open air and tree house feeling, you’ll love.

The hotel itself is very interesting and have a very good vibe, all rooms are like in separate terraces and have there own sitting area, a hammock and all arranged with touch and taste. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, its a pleasure to deal with her.
But not be mistaken if you rent an economy room with private bathroom. It is a tragedy. The room itself very small and stuffy, 2 fans provided but they help a little and make terrible noise. The bathroom is as written in ground floor, but not locked, so anybody can enter it - maybe nobody use it, maybe not, but to leave there my personal things I'd rather not.
The toilet is in opposite side of the yard and without a sink - all that makes the usage both of them very inconvenient. So I'd recommend think twice before booking this kind of room. The hostess said, that there is only one room of this type, other have private bathrooms, but unfortunately other options were not available at the time of booking
