Non ne vale così tanto la pena

Posizione e dimensione della stanza veramente ottime.

Personale scortese, reception aperta solo poche ore nel pomeriggio. Abbiamo avuto una problematica con il parcheggio e non ci hanno aiutato a trovare alcuna soluzione fortunatamente i local sono molto gentili. Asciugamani doccia piccolissime incompatibili con l’utilizzo, in più un solo campioncino di pochi ml come doccia schiuma. Nel frigo neanche una bottiglia d’acqua. NON NE VALE LA PENA PER IL PREZZO!!!

Super für eine Nacht

Die Lage ist top! Das Bett bequem. Teilweise schöne alte Möbel

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es völlig ausreichend und ok. Die Küche war nur bedingt ausgestattet. Bei der Waschmaschine fehlte die Scheibe in der Tür und der Ikea Sessel stand ohne die Schaumauflage im Zimmer. Sehr hellhörig. Rezeption nur kurze Zeit am Nachmittag besetzt. Sonst kein Ansprechpartner

pleasant stay for one night - just in middle of downtown Bolzano. Facilities not fully working.

excellent situation in downtown of Bolzano. Very big room - much more space than i was expecting. Clean - both room and bathroom. Spacious kitchen with door to separate from rest of apartment.

Air conditioning was not working (or remote control was not working). Wireless was not working. We got wrong code for the parking - solution was not straightforward. Attitude of host on this one I did not like at all.

Nice locations, clean but had an ant problem and no AC

Great location!

There were quite a few ants in the bathroom and kitchen, but the place was clean. It was also very hot and we would have loved air conditioning, or one more fan so both bedrooms had a fan.

Very poor

The appartment is wide and clean

The staff in the reception very bad attitude I asked lady youth in the reception for fan as the appartment not available AC in it and located inside and not in the road she screaming to me they dont have fans without any respect The reception and appartment booked in deferent location so we shiftted our Bags from. Place to other place The car parking far away from the appartment around one and away KM

We had a a lot of luggage for our 3 month travels and after arriving at the listed location, we were told we couldn’t ch

OUTSIDERS NOT WELCOME!! Find a different town to visit.

We had enough beds for everyone in our family. The lady working when we checked out seemed more friendly than the girl working when we checked in.

The girl working when we arrived was aloof & borderline rude. We asked for several pointers (where to do laundry nearby & where to eat) & she told us to look on the internet. No desire to be helpful in the least! I had messaged the property several times with different questions prior to our arrival & they weren't the least bit helpful either. We were really excited to stay in Bolzano but the locals weren't any friendlier than the girl at check in so we were happy to move on to our next destination. It was like they were bothered to have people visit their city!

The location is perfect, just in the city center.

The shower was broken, they said they would send someone to fix it and no one came, you always had to hold the hose with one hand while taking a shower with the other. The towels were solo tiny, like hand towels, not for after a shower. The kitchen accessories were dirty, poorly washed cutlery and dirty cups at the bottom. They say they have nearby parking (additional charge), when you arrive the parking lot is super far, impossible to move with luggage. There is no curtain in the room

Room not cleaned and money grabbers.

Location would have been good but we were moved at the last minute to another place with all of our luggage and little apologies or a sense of the inconvenience caused.

On arrival our room was clearly not cleaned from the previous guests. Bedsheets were unchanged, bins unemptied. Bathroom was dirty with hairs and empty shower gel packets. We were checking in at around 7pm so there had been plenty of time for cleaning to take place but we were told "that there was a problem with the cleaner". The solution offered was an apartment on a nearby street which meant we had to move our many bags to yet another location. The new apartment was substandard and was very different to the apartment we had booked. We informed the reception of how unhappy we were with the new place but were told that the apartments were the same size so no refund or partial refund would be given. There was no sense of customer service. Would recommend avoiding this place. Terrible experience.

Very good

Staff was very accommodating, even helping me take all of my luggage upstairs to the apartment after check-in. The space was so much bigger than we anticipated; more than enough room for our family of five to spread out. The kitchen and bathroom were both updated and spacious. The location cannot be beat. In the center of town, with a delicious restaurant just downstairs.

No wifi. The apt was stark. There was no comfortable furniture in the living room making the room useless. No microwave.

Large group living in the best location in Bolzano!

The location can't be beat! There is one shower and one bath with a hand shower. The washing machine was a nice bonus. There is a drying rack on the terrace. For a large group who do not require a high functioning kitchen and are okay with mediocre beds.... This place can't be beat. I've come back year after year. The staff will work with you and are very nice. It would be nice if you could run the stove and the oven and not trip a breaker....but, I am not complaining for the price.

Kitchen could have better knifes, olive oil, etc. Stove and oven together will trip the breaker. Beds are Okay, some are better than others and one room is fairly noisy from street noise..... I am only saying these things because it asks for the negative. I hope they don't fix these problems and raise the price. It's perfect for the price!

Kitchen could use things like knives and better coffee machine. You can't turn on the range and the oven without tripping a breaker. Some of the beds were pretty low quality and one room is super noisy. Having said that the price and location make it fantastic. Staff is very accommodating!

Location is excellent, near to city centre, train and bus station. Quite big appartment with small kitchen.

We had to go to the reception everyday for a towel change, to tell them to empty the dustbins etc. The appartment was never cleaned in our 6 night stay. No oven or microwave in the kitchen.

A well located, but very broken down apartment.

It is in an excellent location, right at the city centre.

The apartment had nothing to do with the one on the photos. It wasn’t particularly clean, it was dark, furniture is the cheapest IKEA furniture, pretty used up, and old. Amenities were very poor, kitchen was lacking basic utensils. It was rather like a hostel, as an apartment. For this money I would not book it again.

Very good

very good location in the old part of Bolzano. Nicely appointed and comfortable. easy walk to restaurants and the main walking district.

This is in the walking district of town, which I liked, quiet and nice but a several block walk from where you can park your vehicle. So be ready to carry your bags. A very good value, I would stay again.
