Great location but a little bit confusing with check in instruction and the staff didn’t help much

Staff were lovely and accomodation tidy, waiting longer to access room sucks, won’t likely be back

Accomodation was as expected, was in a good location and staff were quite responsive and helped store our luggage for us while we were out for the day. Aircon, kettle suited the short stay

Check in was at 3pm, we got to our accommodation after a big day out at 3.50pm to find our room hadn’t been cleaned yet. We spoke to the office and told us the only thing we could do was wait it out with our luggage for them to finish. 40mins later we could use our room. Not happy with this result and response hence the score

Excellent location and great value!

Location is fantastic! Right downtown and short walk to train station and main bus center.

We were on the 6th floor with no elevator. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with poor health or disabilities.

The room was comfortable and clean

They provided a kettle but no cups, or spoons They also didn’t provide hand towels They also did not provide the guest pass for the local transport

Sauberes Zimmer mit angenehmen Bett und tadelloser Klimaanlage. Nachts nicht laut, nur ein paar Stimmen.

Badezimmer jedoch sehr fleckig mit vielen Feuchtigkeitsschäden an den Wänden und unangenehmen Geruch.

Die Lage ist einzigartig, der Zugang über das Handy hat tadellos funktioniert. Der kleine Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen hat uns super gefallen.

Obwohl das Bad sehr schön renoviert war, war die Dusche leider schimmlig.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet und das Zimmer an sich hat auch gepasst.

Die Duschkabine war voll mit Schimmel, das muss dringend repariert werden. Auch die Handbrause war defekt und nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Kontakt zum Anbieter war nicht akzeptabel. Es wurde nicht auf die Mails oder die WhatsApp geantwortet. Der Versuch eines Parkplatzes war aufgrund mangelnder Kommunikation nicht möglich.
