Very clean, a big room and close to town and the pier. The hosts very friendly and welcoming. Had chats some great chats with Joe and always got a smile from Adele. Highly recommend will be going back again.
The parking can be a bit hit and miss but long term reasonable rated parking available very close by. But free parking on the side roads.

Immaculate kerb appeal, warm welcome. Adele and Joe were very friendly.
Large room, good storage facilities, lovely shower room, good towels, hand wash and shower gel provided. Comfortable bed, bright bedside lamps. Bedside drawer units. Kettle, tea, coffee etc (and biscuits on the first day). Spotlessly clean. Full length mirror. Folder with clear, useful information.
Excellent location for town centre.
Great value for money.
Would definitely recommend.
Cannot fault it.
