Love the locatation. Lovely sea views and beautiful clean room. Literally 2 min walk to town and could throw a ball and hit the beach, that close. Sandra was absolutely superb always a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble, more like staying with a friend not in a guest house. Stayed here many times over the years and will return again.
Nothing to fault Bella Vista or Sandra but the parking in Llandudno can be a pain but that will not stop me returning.

Nice place to stay, close to the beachfront and pier. Good prices, nice friendly staff and large comfortable room.with a sea view. Would recommend and would stay again.
Parking in the whole of Llandudno is an issue but we managed to park close by locally for free.

Smooth check in, good location, easy check out.
Room smelled like stale cigarettes (even though it's a non-smoking hotel). Kind of grossed me out. A fridge would have been nice as well. I left used towels out to be replaced, and they weren't. Window rattled when open, so I had to stick sugar packets along the seams to prevent that.
