Good value for money if coming for short business trip during Mobile World Congress

Location was excellent for getting to MWC Fira and into Gothic quarter. Room was pleasant enough. Bathroom was clean. No issues on hot water. Value for money during premium season

No breakfast

Paper towels and extra toilet paper. Some salt and pepper.

Great but way too pricy

It’s a great place! It’s cozy and has the necessary amenities.

There were added costs that we had to pay when checking in that are not included on the already very high price that I paid through the app.

For us was an excellent location. Close to the Barca stadium, walking distance from a metro station

The property looks wery safe any how in our room there was a SAFE BOX without a lock ...

Exceptional

clean, friendly staff, near to the metro sration

We were 4 adults people. There is only one room. This is studio, no Apartment. It was uncomfortable for us. We sleep in one room.

Quite dark, not enough lights. Noisy. Strange smell in corridor.

Very pleasant

Very spacious room, well equipped kitchen, very clean, big bathroom, nice big windows, easy acces, friendly staff, big shower.

Beds could be better, fridge makes noise at night (but can be turned off), No tissues and only one roll of toilet paper, room smells like cleaning detergent (but you get used to it quickly).

good stay good service and overall decent for the money I paid.

I liked the size the view and the cleanliness.

the Wi-Fi was awful. the pillows were good but ideally would have preferred some more pillows. no staff members in the evening. our first room was flooded with water. but they gave us a new room which was okay.

Extended weekend in Barcelona

Really convenient location to metro with lots of quick options for eats along the way. Even easy metro to airport. Room was clean, well stocked and good amount of space for 3 people. Bathroom & kitchen had all necessary amenities.

Foldaway beds were convenient but not great if you need a more firm mattress. That being said, it was good enough for a short stay.

perfect stay

Really great value for money. so happy with the apartment we stayed in, both got a great night sleep and were really happy with the facilities. Very clean, modern, spacious apartment with all the facilities needed. staff were all really friendly and helpful. We were visiting the camp nou museum so the location was perfect, only about a 10-15 minuet walk, with plenty of cafes and supermarkets near by.

To the staff of the Pierre & Vacances Barcelona Santsshalom hotel On October 7, I booked accommodation for my family. I understand that the terms are non-refundable I accidentally ordered for November 8 instead of October 8 I discovered the mistake on October 9th and informed you by phone and in writing and we corresponded regarding the cancellation of the order for the reason that I will not be there on the aforementioned date. You informed me that this is not up to you and directed me to booking. I estimated that a month's advance notice is enough time to cancel an order and take into account a possible mistake. I understood from Booking that the matter of collecting payment for no show is your decision and not as you claimed it is Booking's decision For this reason, the grade I gave reflects my satisfaction with the treatment of a customer who made a mistake in ordering a month in advance, informed immediately and paid full price without compensation. ben uziel

Good apartment hotel near the Camp nou

,Nice apartment 10 minutes walk from the Camp nou, not too fancy but it was clean and it has all what's needed for a family stay. Good air-conditioning and WiFi. There is no free parking in the street but you can stop for few minutes to unload your laggage. They work with a parking that is 7 minutes walk and cost 15€ per day (reserve a place because it gets full). There is supermarket across the street

The light in the room and corridors give a grim feeling, no oven just a microwave
