The staff was very friendly and welcoming, it felt like a big house. The common areas were cleaned regularly and the kitchen was well equipped and the A/C was working well in the rooms. I loved the hammocks area and the cockatoos. I was able to book a sailing tour at reception and got a last minute discount for it.
I would have loved to have a personal charging outlet and light next to each bed. Also the location is convenient to go to the bus station but a 10 minutes walk from the main strip.

Comfy beds! Comfy rooms! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere! Clean toilets and good, hot showers.

Free parking, decent location, friendly staff. Rooms have decent size and room for storage.
Interior is quite old and it smells in the rooms. In the bathroom, they have some candles and oil so it does not smell. Kitchen is one of the dirtiest I have seen in my 6 weeks in Australia.
