Ok location, rooms need reno, beds uncomfortable; price is decent.

Great location from highway and proximity to Mystic Seaport.

Property had construction, perhaps a reno is underway (needs it!) Employees also need customer service training, sadly.

Don’t stay here

Not much. Ran down. Needs work desperately

The staff was rude and lazy. They didn’t clean our room. And seemed to be bothered that they were working.

It is filthy. The pool is dirty and poorly lit and you didn’t know if you were safe. The front desk clerk had to use a room card to jimmy the lock open on my door. This place my kids have termed hell motel. RUN. IT IS NOT WORTH IT ALL!!

Don’t stay in this hotel.

- Two double beds (french size, rather small) are sold as a family room for five. - The receptionist informed about an « error in the transmission from booking », but the only solution offered was an upgrade with extra charges - The hotel doesn’t need a Halloween decoration, it’s scaringly off road, dark, old and dirty in the entrance hall and rooms

The staff was great at check in.

We booked the hotel in this area specifically so our 6 y.o. son could use the pool. It was freeeeezing and he was miserable! He stayed in about 3 minutes but just couldnt warm up...we tried.

We will not be booking with this hotel again.

There was no breakfast, just coffee with creamers.

The courtesy of the staff was non existant, no elevator to our 2nd floor room, shower in room was dirty and drained very slowly, no one was at the front desk when we were checking out, we just left the key at the desk, and left.

Disappointing but decent

Clean room. Clean bedding. Provided toiletries as expected.

Stain on towels. Slow running drain in tub. Couldn't even report it as no one was at desk when it was time to check out. Only a sign stating if checking out to leave room key here. Not even a locked drop box for it.

Very good

The location. The front desk was wonderful and very accommodating. At first my room was to be on the second floor. I asked it I could possibly have a main floor room. They checked it out and made the switch.

The pool was very dirty and had algae everywhere. It definitely hadn’t been cleaned everyday. My only complaint.

Musty, dilapidated, waste of money

Nothing. Staff friendly.

Very musty, aged smell. Was scared to actually sleep on the bed. Did not feel clean after taking a shower. Could not wait to get out of there. They have a pool somewhere, but with the odour, and lack of care to the building, did not even want to go around to find it. Entire place seemed like it was a hotel maybe 70 years ago that was abandoned, then someone decided to reopen without doing anything…

A shelter for the night

Booked into other hotel that closed suddenly leaving us stranded. Would NEVER pay asking price for this hotel if except for the situation of being 300+ miles from home and being 10 pm.

Lack of hot water for showers. Small towels. Poor condition of public area. Smell in hallway.
