It was ok but not as I expected, some facilities mentioned are not available like the bar and room service like any other hotel they work part of the day only

Amazing hotel with great staff, fast internet, huge bedroom and dining room. Incredible value for money. And even a kitchenette
My aircon didn't work properly the whole time I was there, despite asking for it to be fixed several times

It was close to the university that I had my workshop. There was a 24 hours reception.
No maintenance! Things are falling apart. None of the 2 TV works, curtain rails jammed, toilet seat mismatched the bowl, high tech bidet water doesn’t run, complex spa bath even was not functioning for a simple shower, tap handles coming off, you can’t use the wash basin without wetting your shirt front- wrong water angle. no AC in the bedroom, what looks like a presidential suite- actually didn’t meet the basics of a hostel. Breakfast was ordinary. Also the waiter took a day to collect leftover breakfast of room service, allowing it to rot. The front staff, while very polite, had no idea of the dysfunction.
