I was genuinely impressed by this wonderful property and its excellent location. The rooms were very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and well equipped. What truly stood out was the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to assist with taxis, currency exchange, and any other needs (my AC was working poorly, so they helped to change the room at no cost). Their hospitality made the stay particularly enjoyable :)
There was very little not to like about the property, as the overall experience was excellent. The only small point I noticed was that the breakfast restaurant is located on the rooftop. While this is lovely and pleasant in warm weather, accessing an open-roof area may be slightly less comfortable during colder or rainy days. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

- The staff were amazing and helpful and helped in resolving many issues quickly .
- Location was great and close to many things
- internet speed was very good
It is one of favorites hotels for me in Tashkent and booked there 3 times before
- The double bed actually is small 2 mattress which has hole between them if you move a lot and the mattress should be better in this good hotel.
- Lighting in the rooms is all white which is depressing sometimes . If they change to yellow lighting would give the hotel better look and luxury cozy feeling .
