LOCATION: Central to the city centre.
DECOR/ CLEANLINESS: Excellent!
STAFF: Young English speaking front end staff, who was extraordinarily polite and helpful! Renata at the reception and the young man in the breakfast room are notable mentions. They both were very accessible and helpful. Renata in particular was very helpful with all the information I needed.
ROOM: Spacious with all amenities expected. Microwave oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, filtered drinkable water, tea/ coffee making facilities, chair and small desk, Large bed with comfy mattress and pillows, safety locker, TV and almost everything one would need. Toiletries provided.
BREAKFAST: Exceptional high quality breakfast which seems to have been prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. Lots of Uzbek and International entrees. Varied menu everyday. Freshly prepared eggs. Around six hot meat/ vegetable dishes.
OVERALL: An exceptional hotel, which is certain to be the place to stay during my next visit to Tashkent!
Hair picking here! The only thing I can find is lack of lift and the hotel staff having to help carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs! However the building only has two floors; ground and first.

Уникальный по комфорту апартотель ! Хорошая локация , всегда свободное место на парковке . Приятные улыбчивые девушки на ресепшене )
Номер оснащён полностью + невиданное для отеля удобство : фильтр с питьевой водой ! Инновационная мойка , индукционная плита, новая посуда и приборы . Отличная кровать с прекрасным бельем, пушистые полотенца ! Даже есть полотенечко для головы ) В номере всё чисто и красиво !
Отдельная тема - завтраки . Уровень хорошего столичного ресторана ! Все невероятно вкусно и эстетично ! Каждое утро было разное меню , на любой вкус ! Хотим выразить благодарность менеджеру зала , молодому человеку Арману! Свою работу он выполнял безукоризненно , был внимателен и доброжелателен, что создавало приятную атмосферу за завтраком .
Апартотель выше всяких похвал , рекомендуем от души !

Clean villa, private, very friendly staff.
No ramps for wheelchairs and strollers. When you use laundry machine, there is no hot water in showers. Swimming pool is not heated, so kids can spend from 15-30 minutes maximum before getting cold.

The villa is clean well designed and has great facilities, and comfortable.
The hotel’s policy regarding extra guests. We had additional family members with us, but they were not allowed to stay unless they paid for accommodation, even though there were enough rooms and space for everyone.
