Everything was good! I highly recommend this hotel! It's cozy, beautiful, and perfectly located. The rooms are spotless, and the views are amazing. The owner is an incredibly friendly and welcoming person, and the entire staff is very polite and helpful.

Location is OK. Old town and narrow streets. One way traffic happens to pass by but nights are quiet. Staff tries to be helpful.
1. Booking over-rates the hotel. Rooms are very different by quality. Thanks to the staff we changed the room twice, until we got the one of satisfactory quality.
2. Choice of room description is quite misleading. We started from a very dilapidated one and had to persuade the reception (many thanks) that we were offered another one - it was closer to the description of the one that we booker but we were allowed to stay 1 night there. Finally on the second change we were checked into a room with satisfactory beds, clean linen and space. Sad the description is not accurate.
3. Sound proofing is 6 out of 10. You can hear the Bathroom in the adjacent rooms as well as whatsapp messages on the neighbours' phones.
4. To summarise, it is about managing expectations. The hotel is Ok, but you have to check what you are getting.
