The owner is absolutely lovely and so so helpful. The rooms are fantastic and spacious and the property is in a great location. Balcony was fantastic
The lock broke on our door but the owner was so quick to help and move us into a new room (an even nicer one) so no big deal at all!

It is really comfy and in a very central location. it is clean and the staff is super cute and helpful. I loved it and will choose again in case of returning to Batumi

Not the Ritz but in most respects quite good....Fridge & Kettle....Good enclosed shower....Location is pretty much in the centre of Batumi and not far from the beach....Nice-sized balcony....Helpful staff....Easy check-in and 24 hour access.
My only issue was a big one. There is no place to sit in the room except the bed, the toilet seat and a decrepit stool. I think that all hotel rooms should have a chair (with back support) and a dining table or desk of proper height. Sadly, many hotels - including this one - don't have that. That alone drags down the overall score from a 10 to a 6.
