Room was simple but clean and comfortable. We very much appreciated the possibility to have (a very nice) breakfast very early in the morning- before our trip to Corcovado and before the boat departure the next day. The owner even drove us to the beach for the departure with our luggage.
A small night light in the room would be nice.

The property was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located within walking distance of our excursions and the town area. We enjoyed seeing the abundant wildlife around the property, which added to the authentic Drake Bay experience. The staff was kind, friendly, and always courteous. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and we especially enjoyed the creative towel animals left on our bed each day. We would gladly stay here again.
No complaints. The property met our expectations, and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Stay Before Our Corcovado Adventure
This was such a great place to stay before our trip to Corcovado National Park! The location is ideal—very close to the boat pickup point from Drake Bay, which made everything so easy and stress-free.
We really appreciated the early breakfast prepared for us at 5:10 AM, giving us enough time to eat before departure. It was such a thoughtful touch and made a big difference.
The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even storing our luggage safely while we spent the night in the park. That gave us real peace of mind.
Highly recommended for anyone planning a visit to Corcovado!

Breakfast was good.
Water not filtered, so told not to drink the tap water. Necessitated purchasing several large bottles of water. Dead bugs on the floor. Beds very hard. The owner expected cash payment. The owner said it would be $20 to give the 2 of us a ride to the Drake Bay Airport. This was the same total amount we paid a woman to pick us up at the airport, so I agreed. After driving us to the airport, he said the price was $20 per person. This was the first mention of "per person".
