Nice location, clean and comfortable room

Staff is friendly and helpfull

WiFi is available for free but you have to search for good signal through the room.

Good location, close to trams, food and sights.

Didn't like having to pay for parking (after paying for hotel). Made the hotel even more expensive. And there's no breakfast either unless you pay for that too. So whatever the adverstised rate is (already expensive for a budget hotel) add 30 euro/night.

The hotel was a nice choice providing comfortability and a convenient location close to the center.

The hotel had a great location (very close to the city center), the parking service had good quality and the reception was helpful. The facilities were adequate, the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The rooms had limited light and no special view.

Internet link is extremely bad, lousy, any time of day. I really expected the 4 star hotel to have at least decent internet link. It is completely useless for anything where you need internet, which is everything. I don't know if hotel offers better link as additional service, but that was a thing, like, 10 years ago. Today it is expected hotels to have decent link by default.

We stayed one night in a room at the front side. We could hear clearly the traffic outside at night as the hotel is located right along a main road. Another night we were given another room at the other side of the building. It was totally quiet during the night. So if you are easily annoyed by noise when you sleep, you should ask for a room at the back side of the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious.

Location

I travel a lot and usually visit 4 and 5 star hotels. This hotel is an old residental appartment building turned into a hotel but very cheap. In my opinion it deserves not more than 2 stars. The rooms are cheap built, the matrasses are very soft like used for 10 years and the toilet you only find in 2 star hotels. Also the windows have no isnulation at all and the room is very noise from the street outside. The price should be 30-40 euro max bcs of location but they charge 60-70 euro.

Good location and a very comfortable bed.

We stayed in room 101, which is on the ground floor and obviously next to the kitchen as the smell of the food preparation that came from the air vent in the morning was unbearable. It smelled as if the air vent in the room was connected directly to the cooking range in the kitchen (smell of fried eggs and whatever else they cooked) and the smell persisted from around 6:30, when they started cooking, to around 9:30, when they stopped cooking. We've never experienced anything like this in a hotel room. Not sure if this is an issue only in this particular room or all rooms on the ground floor/in the hotel. Also the parking lot was full, despite reserving it, when making the hotel room reservation. Fortunately, it was a weekend and there was free parking in the street near by. Otherwise it is very dissapointing as we chose this hotel precisely because of the private free parking and then when you arrive you are told that the parking is full.

Cheap hotel close to Zagreb city center. Budget price, for the casual tourist

Bfreakfast was very good, although located at -1 Price was Ok as well as the location (10 min walk from city center) Room is not small and actually quite silent (if you keep the windows closed).

my room was a bit cold and I could get the air con working only at 4am, 90 min before waking up... The hotel is not the one I was expected. Staff wasn't super thrilled. Overall, above average. Room is also a bit sad...
