The room was large, including the bathroom, and had a nice view of the city. The location isn’t right in the centre, but it’s only a short ride away. Staff were very friendly and helpful — Mattia at reception was very welcoming and went out of her way to assist us and even gave us great city suggestions. Breakfast was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, and will definitely stay here again when back in Zagreb.

Price was fair only because of hotel location, workers on reception were really nice and helpful and cleaning service was good
My request for reservation change was denied, lobby and staircase area was smelling like sewers, bathroom doors were broken, doors wouldnt close easly you needed to use force to close them, balcony didnt have any chairs there was only 1 chair and 1 closet in room with 3 beds, minimum confort for 4 star hotel
