Le personnel était très sympa. Il y avait un souci avec le volet et je pouvais changer de chambre facilement.
C'était un peu dur à trouver pour mon taxi mais en effet l'emplacement était bien; pas loin de la plage et pas loin du centre ville. La chambre était assez grande.
Il n'y a pas d'élévateur mais le personnel sur place a porté ma valise lourde. Merciii!

A Residencial aparenta estar a meio de obras, o que torna o ambiente um pouco confuso. Talvez por ser época alta, mas o quarto que nos foi disponibilizado apresentava uma relação preço-qualidade muito desajustada.
Com excepção do check-in, os funcionários não demonstraram muito atenção ao cliente.
