This hotel is walking distance to the square and is quiet for the busy neighborhood. It is a good value to be close to everything.

Pleasant

Cute posada. Authentic mexican experience.Very central location, especially if you are renting a vehicle.

Fan did not work. AC for an extra fee, the price on the board is not real.

Can't say there was anything at all I liked about this hotel other than the convenient location to the town square.

The room was very damp..the bed felt damp and my clothes felt damp.I asked for an additional towel which I was refused and on checking out I was asked if I'd left the towel! There was no soundproofing to the rooms and it was extremely noisy not just hotel clients but music blasting out till 3 am every morning. Thank goodness I had only booked 3 nights and that was too many. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. I've been traveling Mexico for 3 weeks all budget hotels but all were quite good and some excellent for the money but not this one.

amazing location, great staff, comfortable little hotel room.

the location is amazing. small hotel room with everything a hotel room has to offer. quiet at nighttime. not too many mosquitoes only a few. the staff was very friendly.

for the price don’t expect luxury. everything is outdated but functional. I am not a materialistic person so I don’t care about that but some might.

Exceptional

This was a darling little place to stay, in the middle of the city, a short walk away from anything you could want to do. It's beautiful and calm, like a little garden inside, with free filtered water, hot water in the bathroom, and two of the cutest little turtles walking around. Viviana and her staff are sweet, helpful, and friendly. My room was cleaned halfway through my stay and was a nice surprise. For me, it was much more comfortable than a bigger or fancier hotel would be. I would love to come back!! Thank you so much!! I felt safe and comfortable here.

Nice, clean basic accommodation with bang for the buck!

the property is in an excellent location two blocks from the sea. The room was basic but well appointed for the price. it had two double electrical sockets which was nice. There are several nice and inexpensive restaurants in the area but the one next door which opens around noon was amazing. A few door down there was a bakery/restaurant with a/c and breakfast specials. it is just a nice and clean neighborhood close to everything!

There isn’t much parking even for a motorcycle but they allowed me to park inside which was nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. I did not reserve a room with a/c, but it was not an issue. I had a very comfortable stay! I would stay there again.

Cozumel vacation

It was better than the first day,I could have gotten persons to talk to and ask questions compared to day one,I think they have limited staff or under staff,that is why the room was a rushed clean on day one.

Day number two was good, no complains.

The sheets had marks and the covering piece was not folded,both garbage bins still had garbage .

Super place

Big, comfortable room with very nice bathroom Staff was very nice The place is beautiful - full of green plants There is a water dispenser for guest It's in the centre but in very calm area (with great little restaurant one or two doors away)

Nice quiet place!

Good location, quiet at night, secure, beds were comfortable, cold water to drink :) We were able to leave our luggage in a safe room after check-out to enjoy our day before taking the ferry.

Everything was fine, it would have been nice to have 1 towel per person and more soap...but I have nothing to say negative...It should be written on booking that it's 5% more if you pay by card though.

Superb

Clean. Quiet. Location is just perfect. Right next door is nice and cheap little restaurant where you can also order the take away meal. Great breakfast places on the same road too. Ferry is close. Hot water.

Good for 1/2 nights.

The owner is very accommodating. She let us do an early check in and gave us a bathroom to change after we had checked out. The location is right in the center! Cold drinking water is available.

The sheets were very small too fit 2 people. No bath mat is provided and the floor never dries as there is no ventilation.

Great Value

The location is amazing. People at the front desk were very kind since the very first minute, they even offer to look after your stuff before the check in and after the check out so you can enjoy every day instead of just waiting at the airport. There are restaurants and vehicle-rental shops right next to it, and a convenience store a few steps away. I totally recommend this place for low-budget travelers.
