Apartamentos con minibar para una estancia larga.

La atención del personal fue muy atenta y rápida. Las peticiones de último minuto fueron resueltas fácilmente. La seguridad bien, hay que poner candado en el portón después de las 22:00 y me parece adecuado. Buen minibar, aire acondicionado de buen tamaño y funcionando, además de ventilador (prefiero este último para que el cambio de temperatura no sea tan brusco). Un horno de microondas es muy bienvenido en estancias largas para ahorrar algo de dinero, en mi caso no lo usé pues fue muy corta mi estancia y siempre comi fuera.

Las habitaciones necesitan una mejor instalación eléctrica, apagadores sin tapa, enchufe algo riesgoso por la corrosión de la brisa marina, sobre todo por seguridad, no sea que se produzca alguna chispa.

Schlechteste Unterkunft unserer Reise

Manuel war sehr nett und hat uns ein größeres Zimmer gegeben (weil er den Schlüssel für unser eigentlich gebuchtes Zimmer nicht finden konnte 😅). Lage von der Fähre ganz gut, sehr gutes Lokal mit freundlichem Personal in der Nähe (Miss Deleites)!

Man muss sich bei der Apotheke neben dem Eingang zum "Hotel" melden, um einzuchecken. Danach wird man durch einen gruseligen Gang zu den Zimmern geführt. Wir hatten zum Glück keines der Zimmer, die dort gelegen waren, sondern eins im Innenhof mit vielen Pflanzen, die die Atmosphäre zumindest ein bisschen verbessert haben. Unser Zimmer wurde gerade noch fertig gereinigt und als wir dann rein konnten, haben wir festgestellt, dass es trotzdem nicht wirklich sauber war. Im Bad hat es leicht geschimmelt und das Wasser ist gestanden. Als wir das Bett ein bisschen verschoben haben, sahen wir den ganzen Dreck auf dem Boden (die Betten sind relativ hoch und man könnte ganz einfach darunter rauskehren, was offensichtlich schon mehrere Wochen nicht mehr passiert ist). Die Betten waren sehr schmal und kurz, was aber nicht das Hauptproblem unserer Schlafstörung war. Ich habe noch nie so viele Moskitos in einem Raum gesehen wie hier! Und als wäre das nicht genug, wollte in unserer zweiten Nacht gegen 23 Uhr jemand in unser Zimmer (der Schlüssel hätte sogar die Tür geöffnet, wenn wir nicht zu schreien begonnen hätten, dass das Zimmer bereits belegt ist! Wir hatten zwar noch Licht brennen, das man von außen auch sehen konnte und wir waren ganz am Rand des Gangs, dürfte die "Einbrecher" aber nicht verwundert haben...). Ich schreibe ungern diese Bewertung, aber diese Unterkunft kann ich leider gar nicht empfehlen.

המארח מקסים ועונה על כל שאלה . מיטה נוחה ושודרגתי לחדר מרווח ונעים מאד 🙏

אין וואי פאי בחלק מהדירות, אם אתם עובדים מרחוק תבדקו את זה מלכתחילה . במקלחת לא תמיד יש מים חמים וזה קצת מבאס..

Deux jours ok

L'emplacement. Disposition d'une bonbone d'eau. La petite cour-jardin.

Le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine, un seul verre et le ménage est fait très succinctement à notre arrivée. Cafetière encore pleine de café par exemple. Nous n'avons pas été informés du passage d'une personne dans la chambre tout les deux jours pour changer les serviette et faire le lit... . Concernant le rapport qualité prix il est passable. Parfait si vous restez deux nuits pas plus car manque de confort et de propreté.

The room seem like it needed some updating no warm water at the kitchen sink where you need to do dishes, I was also concerned about the possibility of mold in the room

Good value for the price

owner was super nice, even offered to take me to the airport when I left. Very responsive when I needed anything. Location was central, short walk to everything. Slept well, had what I needed. The microwave and coffeemaker worked well, refrigerator was small but worked fine.

the kitchen was sketchy. There was a dispenser for filtered water which was never filled. There was only one plug for everything, so I had to constantly reset the microwave which was in spanish, which I don't speak.

Good location. Old facilities.

The bed was comfortable. The location was great and close to the central location.

The toilet wasn’t clean, it looks super old and it literally wasn’t attached good to the floor 😨 The AC was dripping.

The owner was really friendly and helpful

The walls were pretty dirty from stains of shoes killing mosquitoes/ other bugs, shower pressure too low, bed sheets not proper clean, lots of mosquitoes in bathroom/ room even tho door closed and lots of ants on the walls.

Great location, good value, great for a few nights.

Location, A/C, it was a mini studio with everything.

There is no place to dry wet towels and beach clothes, even if there is a patio and the room had direct access to the patio.

Kitchen was great but please tell your husband that you are on vacation not cooking any meals"" we are going out"" if he doesn't like that, all be the guy hitting on your wife because she s not cooking shes in the nightclub with me ha ha ,,toilet works most hotels toilet paper has to be in trashcan next to toilet making it smelly but not here good plumbing here you can flush the toilet paper yea

Water pump for whole hotel is outside my window all night pump is running but not as bad as drunk Mexican coming home from bar at 12am keeping the party going outside my window "" l coumba"" ( Bart Simpson)

Very good

Manuel is super friendly and helpful. The hotel offers great bikes (way better than the ones at the shops!). The location is also very good, right next to the central market and to all the restaurants. Since the rooms are inside a patio, you do ot hear the noise from the streets. Great value for money.

The water in the shower wouldn't drain properly, leading to a little bathroom flood after showers. The rest was just fine.

not professional people managing the hostel

good wifi

owner has a really bad behavior. we arrived to the hostel and he didn’t have the room that we booked. he tried to give us other completely different without any apologize or explanation. when I asked him why he was giving us a smaller room (with just 1 big bed.. we were 3 persons) he was really mad saying he wasn’t a hustler when nobody said that.. then he putted a single bed with dirty smelly sheets, I asked him if he can put a new ones, and he said yes.. but he never changed it. also was just 2 towels instead 3. room with full mosquitos.

Pleasant

Shabby place. Full of mosquitos probably due to huge holes in the door. Shower is basically a pipe pouring water (no shower head). Spoon holds a lamp so it doesn’t get stuck into a ceiling fan.

Disappointing

There was one girl in the pharmacy that showed us in who was lovely.

It wasn't clean. We requested new Pillows because they stank of mould. The room was mouldy and damp. The bedding was insufficient but we didn't want to sleep in it anyway because it smelt so bad. Honestly, a really disappointing stay.

Fine budget stay in Cozumel.

The air conditioning was great, as was the shower pressure and water temperature. Bathroom was clean. It was fine.

The bed wasn’t the best. It wasn’t exactly the season for it, but there were a number of mosquitoes around, a bit annoying.

Very good

They let me set up my hammock in the garden to chill, They also lent me a bike the whole week which was very generous. The room was very clean , shower was hot and location was ideal. I loved how quiet it was so when I wanted to be on my own I could relax .

I was very comfortable honestly. Maybe they need to paint the walls because as it s a very humid climate you can see the humidity in the walls but it is just for decoration. A side bed light would be nice at night.

clean and comfy room in a good location

the staff were all very friendly, the room was nice and big with a good shower and working AC. The location was really good and the communal kitchen was nice to have access to. The owner was nice and gave us some tips for hiring a scooter which was really helpful

the wifi was not very good sadly, at least not in our room.

Felt like a home away from home, we had the best stay.

Manuel (the owner), was the most incredible person we have met so far on our 5 week trip in Mexico traveling, he really made our stay! Manuel was so kind, always made sure we were settled and happy. we got to use amazing mountain bikes for free around the island and he told us all the best places to visit. we extended our stay because it was so homely and we (us 3 girls) felt very safe staying there. there’s a beautiful courtyard garden outside the rooms and in a great location on the island near everything. The beds were very comfortable and the room overall was very clean with air conditioning, tv, fridge, table and en-suite bathroom. it is a hidden gem of the island! India, Phoebe and Alexandra :)

OK as a base - a basic room in a great location.

The location is great and there was a communal kitchen. The room smelt quite musty but the air con worked well. The staff I met were friendly.

Everything is a bit shabby and rundown, but that is why you are paying less. It is fine as a base to go exploring from. Be prepared for the mosquitoes - all of the reviews on here warn about them.

The location is great and our host Manuel gave us a warm welcome, giving detailed input on all the best spots on the island.

Our room was not displayed on the pics, so I can't really say for the rest, but our was a bit worn out; old equipment, some holes from old electricity connections on walls and some TV cables hanging around. Bathroom is also quite shabby.

Fine for an overnight if you aren’t spending much time inside

Nice lush courtyard and great location. AC also great. water was hot even though shower head scattered the water.

Upon entry, the space smells bad. I burnt palo santo to mask. Also mold on the walls, and on some of the pillows.
