Il personale di sala si è dimostrato molto accogliente soprattutto durante la colazione al mattino. Ho apprezzato i sorrisi e i consigli su come meglio abbinare i cibi secondo le mie esigenze.

Probably the best breakfast you can get in Italy - a wide range of options, that cover more than the typical Italian breakfast (which is sweet). There was plenty of bread, cheese, ham, eggs, sausages...and ofc several fresh cakes, croissants etc.
Quiet location, spotless clean.
Sadly, the information on booking.com provided by this hotel is not up to date or wrong. We booked a room with a balcony and did not get a room with a balcony. The staff did not feel like they where in the wrong and no kind of compensation or change of room was offered (which does not speak for a well trained costumer service, also the English language is only partly spoken). I highly recommend that they update the room description so no further clients will receive something else from what they booked.
