I loved Villa Casa Divina. Everything was great! The location was perfect: in Oaxaca city, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close to the historic areas of the city. The staff was responsive, attentive and helpful. One of my family members became ill during our stay and the personnel of Villa Casa Divina was exceedingly helpful and attentive. I will definitely stay at Villa Casa Divina again, and again, and again! I highly recommend this cozy, practical, clean, and safe small apartment.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't stay at Villa Casa Divina forever! In all seriousness, I think that this property is excellent if you want to stay in Oaxaca city for several days, have access to a vehicle, and your are interested in visiting the city but also the surroundings. It has a very practical and well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes. You can cook meals that in the end save you a lot on eating out. I loved this place! I have two comments: the good and large supermarkets are not close to this location and the apartment does not have a water purifying system so we had to purchase a lot of bottled drinking water. But with a vehicle you are able to purchase groceries, water and plan meals. I highly recommend Villa Casa Divina for anyone who wants to save some dollars in meals, has a vehicle, and wants to enjoy Oaxaca city and its surroundings.
