The front of office staff are fantastic, in particular Ian. Fantastic breakfast and the pool was great for the kids.
Surrounds of the pool area is a bit rough.

Good location close to Lotus shopping mall and fairly priced. Great family friendly hotel. Pool was clean and well maintained . Steakhouse restaurant was awesome.
Rooms are dated and could do with a revamp- showers were lukewarm . Breakfast only gave you two options American or Thai breakfast. Free tea or coffee all day was good.
