El personal es 20/10, Vanessa, Yeimi y la señora Esmeralda son muy atentas y hacen que te sientas en casa; siempre super atentas a las necesidades.

I am very surprised that this hotel has actually high speed internet. I detected up to 200 Mbit download / upload, which most 5 star hotels in Colombia can't offer. This hotel is located very close to the airport. With a taxi it will take you 3-5 minutes depends on traffic. Walking from airport to hotel takes around 20 minutes. The room is a decent size and has TV. However, I wonder why this hotel is a 4 star hotel, there is no fitness, pool, or any other activity to do in the hotel. There is just a room with a shower and a TV. The receptionist and staff in general were super friendly despite they could not speak English at all.

There are some issues with this hotel. - Breakfast was simple, just eggs with toast bread, or toast with cheese and ham. That is very boring breakfast as many other guest has reported this to hotel. - Staff doesn't speak English. - TV channel quality is very poor. - The quality of the room is extremely low. - Noise isolation is bad, it feels like that there is no door, since I can hear everything from the hallway. This is a big problem when it is new year, all outside fireworks, can clearly be heard in room, since the air gap from door is 3 cm and pointed directly outside. - Many Mosquitos in the breakfast area and in the room. - Staff does not speak English. - This is not a 4 star hotel, I don't know why booking.com think this is a 4 star hotel, all other websites confirm that this is a 3 star hotel This is not a hotel that I enjoy my stay, and I would not come back. To be fair, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10 stars, since this hotel is not good and not super bad.
