I loved the staff! They were very attentive. I spoke very little Spanish and they were patient with me and my husband. The food was exceptional, we enjoyed every meal served.
The mattress were very very firm.

The fitness centre located on the terrace is large but actually has very few machines weights etc . Several machines are covered up . The breakfast was good . In the room itself, one of the metal hooks holding the towel in the bathroom fell off , almost hitting me on my foot .
See above . Bathroom metal hooks not properly fastened!
