The breathtaking panoramic sea views, stunning sunsets, beautiful heritage facilities, sea pool, delicious food, and exceptionally friendly and supportive staff all made the experience truly special. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the spa was wonderful—especially the foam massage, which was an absolute highlight. A truly memorable stay!
I truly loved almost everything about the experience 😊. The only area that could be improved is the evening entertainment and shows, which I felt were not quite up to the same wonderful standard as the rest of the experience. With a little more creativity and variety, the night programs could be much more attractive and enjoyable. ✨

We had a wonderful stay at Plaza Bodrum Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming.
A special thank you to Dilara, our butler, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She was professional, attentive, caring, and always available to help with a smile. Her outstanding hospitality truly made a difference to our experience.
The entire staff were friendly, courteous, and eager to assist whenever needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
I highly recommend Plaza Bodrum Hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
Nothing major to mention. As with any hotel, a few minor issues came up during our stay, but what stood out was how quickly and professionally the team responded. Our butler, Dilara, and the hotel staff made every effort to resolve any issue promptly and ensured we were satisfied. Their genuine care and commitment to guest satisfaction made all the difference.

The property is only about a 30-minute drive from the airport, so it is very easy to get to. It has its own beach with lovely cabanas, a main saltwater swimming pool, and it is all-inclusive. The food is generally good, with a substantial selection available.
The decor is quite grand, with lots of gold and marble, giving the hotel a very luxurious, grandiose feel. However, the smaller details in the service, some maintenance issues, and inconsistent staff training do take away from the overall experience.
For example, the coffee machines at many of the bar and restaurant stations are not particularly good, and the coffee is not up to the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level. Housekeeping and minibar service can also be inconsistent. Small things are missed, such as providing soda water without anything to open it with.
The gym is okay, but some services also feel inconsistent. For example, at times the Pilates instructor is not even based in the gym itself, which makes the experience feel less well-organised.
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and genuinely enjoy many aspects of the property, including its location, facilities, and overall atmosphere. However, on this visit there were several operational issues that significantly impacted our experience and which we hope management will address.
Breakfast Area
* The bread knife at the breakfast station is completely blunt and struggles to cut even soft bread rolls. This should be a simple fix that would improve the guest experience considerably.
* The spoons provided in the jam and condiment pots are too small and regularly fall into the containers. This means guests often have to reach into the jam to retrieve them, which is unhygienic.
Service Standards
* There appears to be a large number of staff throughout the hotel, but requests are frequently forgotten and often need to be repeated two or three times before they are fulfilled.
* While the staff are generally friendly, many seem very inexperienced and there is a noticeable inconsistency in service standards between different team members and departments.
* Greater supervision and management presence would help ensure a more consistent guest experience.
Room Maintenance and Housekeeping
* During our stay, a ceiling panel connected to the air conditioning system was hanging down and appeared at risk of falling. We reported it, but it was surprising that neither housekeeping nor maintenance had noticed and addressed it beforehand despite entering the room daily.
* The hot water supply ran out one evening.
* The shower temperature was extremely difficult to regulate, frequently fluctuating between very hot and very cold with little middle ground.
* Housekeeping did not replenish bottled water consistently, and we had to request it on several occasions.
* We were provided with complimentary wine and bottled soda water, but there was no bottle opener in the room. This is a small detail, but one that should not be overlooked.
