Location was great, a few minutes walk to town. Sue picked us up from the rail depot and checked us in early. She was super friendly and gave us recommendations where to eat. Bed very comfortable.

I stayed in couple lodges in Talkeetna and this one is the best. Very clean, very cozy rooms, the location is central and very close to the Main Street with restaurants, shops.

Located within walking distance of town. Beautiful grounds, on the river. The rooms were clean. Staff was all very pleasant, and accommodating. Also, they provided shuttle from train depot.
Room and Bathroom was small. Beds and pullow were not very comfortable, but not so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep. Think the room we had was a good value for the cost. I would do a little more research before booking the room I did.
