Loved the location on a hillside above Talkeetna. Our room was adjacent to the owner's house across the road from the main lodge and was very quiet. Bill was very helpful in providing information about the area and things to see.

Limited indoor seating space for breakfast and lounging, with more outside on the deck -- OK in summer, likely not in winter.

View of Mt Denali right from our second floor window as well has watching a moose in the backyard with her baby.

The owners were fantastic and helping us with a problem with our tire. Unfortunately, the rotting smell in the hallway was more than we could bear and I would not return.
