Location was good. The property is big with good amenities
They had given me a room where the TV, phone , fan was not working . The Air conditioning control was also not working.

At arrival when I showed the booking id and not the invoice. receptionist couldn't confirm 1 villa we booked. He said that 1 single room is booked on this no. This part was tricky and taxing as we were a family of 5+1child on vacation this took 45 mins to get sorted. There was no clarity as the software booking system was not reflecting booking details of previous day. This created lot of confusion and delay in our plan.

Breakfast was good. Location was away from beaches.
Poorly managed....as there was waterlogging due to light heavy rains. Property can not manage this disturbance by clearing it fast enough
