Decent food, Staff were courteous, specific callout to Karishma who heard our requests/concerns and addressed them and made sure our stay was comfortable. Needless to say, sea facing rooms were fab witnessing sunset and Necklace Road being next door was relaxing. For those who prefer a bit of walking Gateway of India and shopping lanes on the way are good options to explore
Check-in took some time, but we wanted to have co-located rooms for us colleagues so it's all good given we got it given a packed booking. Difficult to track elevators as you would miss them if you were close at one specific elevator.

We had a fantastic stay. Lovely hotel and pool. For my husband's birthday - a room upgrade, card, cake and flowers! Exceptional service, thank you!

Breakfast was good
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, especially regarding the cleanliness and quality of the room.
We initially stayed in an Executive City View Room, which was not as clean as expected. We noticed small insects coming from inside the wooden wardrobe, which was very unpleasant and concerning.
We also requested a room upgrade upon arrival, but the staff member did not arrange it for us. When we entered the room, we were shocked by how old the furniture was. We had to return to the reception and request the upgrade again. Eventually, we were moved to one of the renovated rooms, which was much better.
At check-out, we also requested a late check-out, for 3 rooms , but they approve for only for 2 rooms to 2 pm without any flexibility.
Overall, we expected a much better standard of cleanliness, room quality, and customer service, especially considering the price we paid.
