Fairy tale. Not joking.

Breakfast is diverse and tasty, especially fruits. I want to thank the hotel employee, who was extremely polite and cultured. I would like to thank him for hos work and the gift from the hotel and apologize for, unfortunately, forgetting his name.

The only problem was that the bed in my room was a little unsteady.

Thank you Trident hotel, it was exceeded my expectations

Welcoming from the airport, driver, front desk, staff, room Wish to mention each person served me. Only one word can say, Thank you Trident hotel, it was exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful and relaxing stay.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Refurbished room was stunning with an incredible view. Breakfast was good. Bar and dinner was nice but very expensive, more than twice the price of other local restaurants (especially drinks). The pool was awesome but it did get quite breezy in the afternoon

The only issue we had which may or may not affect others was that the reception area was heavily perfumed and affected our sinuses.

Excellent location in south Mumbai

The location, I had the ocean view room and that was amazing.

Breakfast was ok. Can be better in terms of taste and choice of food.

Awesome quality and convenience, top tier services

Everything but on top of all the service. Trident employees really went above and beyond in multiple ways. Especially the room maintenance (welcome treats, cleaning, gifts they left in the room for us before our departure). Also, the amenities are unparalleled, our room had an amazing view and every little thing, from the shower gels to the bedsheets were of the highest quality

Hard to call out any. Maybe it’d be nice to have 1 or 2 more European options in the breakfast buffet - but even that was compensated by a free selection of a la carte options (eggs, pancakes etc)

Amazing!!!

We recently travelled from Australia to Mumbai for surgery and stayed in 5 hotels during our month long trip. Trident Nariman Point was by far the best and it was the hotel we returned to during my recovery. The staff are amazing, so friendly, kind and helpful. The location is perfect. We stayed in 2 different rooms Premier Double City View (slightly dated and not as clean) & Executive Ocean View (modern, recently renovated & super clean). We preferred the ocean view as it’s newer and had a great view. The facilities in the hotel are great. The security is very high and makes you feel safe. The restaurants just as great. We wished we had have known that we could walk through the hotel to the Oberoi next door for more restaurants without having to walk out to the road though. The room service came from the restaurants on site and was well used given the reason for our stay. We very much miss the food now we are back home! The gardens are beautiful and well maintained and were so nice for a stroll during recovery. We were lucky enough to be there during the Indian Airforce show which was really cool and we had the perfect view! On top of all this, the prices were the best out of all the hotels we stayed in and this was over the Christmas/New Year period. We highly highly recommend this hotel and if we ever need to come back we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for your hospitality in what was otherwise a difficult time in our lives.

Incredibly friendly and customer focused. Truly exceptional experience from start to finish. We were greeted by such kindness and creativity. On entering our room we found that it was decorated in celebration of our wedding anniversary. So many other magic moments were made to make this a world class experience.

Traditional Oberoi hospitality, extra care by Chef Arnab in Frangipani, great housekeeping team, adaptor and plug support, the food at breakfast were all excellent.

The hotel was crowded with outsiders due to the stay of the Indian and Sri Lankan cricket teams, but that is outside the control of the hotel management.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great but there were queues some days which should be avoided. Room was great but a little on smaller end. A special call out for Sumit in house keeping staff for wonderfully decorating our room for our anniversary and making our day special. Having fruits everyday was also a kind gesture.

Room can be a bit bigger as it accomodates 4 as per online booking but is on a smaller end.

Exceptional

Trident Nariman point has an envious location and great facilities. But the best part is they have a friendly people who are always willing to go an extra mile. Chinmay at the front desk and Jacyinth in house keeping stood out for their kindness. Loved our short stay.

Amazing food, amazing people

The hotel building is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. We booked a room with sea view and the view was amazing, like a dream. I have to highlight all the staff, and especially the restaurant 's Chef, who were incredible and made this experience one of the best in our lives. The food on both restaurants was delicious also, and the breakfast was incredible.
