The hotel exudes a homely atmosphere, and its location is perfect! The staff including managers, receptionists, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff are amazing and very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

location top notch marine drive opposite the sea room had 2 parts sitting room and bedroom.though hotel is old but quite well maintained.
i think hotel need renovation with only one lift running

Staff were friendly and supportive
Hotel was rated at booking.com as 5 star. However, the hotel was rented by trip advisor as 4.5 and this rating was shown at the front desk.
Booking.com should market this hotel as 5 star.
On arrival I was given a room.that had a smell like a bar and full of smoke, I reported this to front desk. The room was changed the second night.
Gym is too small and with one treadmill machine. Pool size was small.
